Pre-service teacher training

Pre-service teacher training focuses on building the methodological knowledge, confidence, and practical skills future teachers need before entering the classroom. It prepares them to address diversity, inclusion, intersectionality, and social inequalities through children’s literature, combining theory with realistic classroom situations. The training also introduces the Zoom Out methodology and practical tools for managing sensitive discussions, stereotypes, questions, and group dynamics.
